Most of our products are made to order. As a general rule of thumb, all sales are final. However, we aim to please. Our small company takes pride in inspecting each product before it ships out, but if you find that your order is less than, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can address with careful consideration. We love our customers!

We usually ship ground or first class, depending on the weight of the order. You may select local pickup to avoid shipping fees.
